Was called @ 7:58am to schedule. Awaken out my rest to rush to make an appointment for him to come into my home to check 2 ceiling fans. Really? Because I was still asleep Orlando Trully have an attitude. He wants to come to my home within a hour. When I ask is there another day he says Friday.Already been waiting 4 days. Agreed for him to come in a hour and he sent call back to warranty company after he call me,broke my rest, being rude and nasty so early in the morning before business hours. Really?? Never use this company if you can help it. If they start out like this it willne a bad experience. I have read their previous reviews as well.

HomeBuyer’s Beware!! This contractor came out to my home at the request of my HomeBuyer’s warranty and diagnosed a LED light. He was on a recall from another contractor improperly servicing our led lights and TWO provided us with what we thought was good info and so we asked him to take a look at a lighting fixture in our foyer that we had been trying to get back up. In short, he did not get on a latter or scaffold to diagnose the fixture properly he merely looked up at the ceiling and said he saw that we needed nothing else to put the lighting fixture back up contrary to what the prior contractor stated and advised both me and my husband that he would call the warranty co and state it needed nothing more but to be put up because he was not dispatched out here to do the work for the foyer. We said ok and he left. Warranty co called to tell us our lighting fixture service request had been denied because TWO Contracting reported to them that the fixture was improperly installed. Before he left our home he said that he could do the work outside of the warranty company for $900 or put up the base and show my husband how to add the crystals for $260. We ordered an independent opinion from another outside contractor that we paid for out of pocket and submitted to our HomeBuyer’s warranty only to have them assign TWO Contracting again. Orlando called and said that he wasn’t coming out until he talked to the warranty company to find out if they were going to pay him his rate because it required two people. He called the warranty company and lied to them stating that the lighting fixture was improperly installed. He did not say that at our home.He then called me after we let him know that we were going to report him and review our experience with his business and he cussed us out for everything we owned. He was very unprofessional yelling on the phone calling me that crazy lady and f... this... f... that! I would think twice about using this company for service in your home.
