Sorry to say, I had a bad experience with this company. The technician was knowledgeable; polite. Surprisingly my dishwasher "worked" while he was here. Three days later when the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes it again kept shutting itself off. I kept trying to make it work. I called their office and to date have not received a satisfactory result.
