I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Mike and his crew! He has done 2 major projects for us, and just started a third. We had pretty extensive termite and moisture damage to the structure of our rental property, and after not sleeping for 2 stressful nights, I breathed a sigh of relief when Mike walked through the door. A roofing company had just told us we needed to replace (or at least repair) the roof to the tune of $2-7k, and Mike was able to quickly tell us that the roof was in great shape and probably had at least another 10 years! I trust Mike absolutely, and even gave him a key to our home. The peace of mind that comes from working with someone you trust to get the job done (without taking advantage of that trust) is absolutely priceless. Mike is the one of the best contractors around, hands down!
