Dropped of my bag for repair asked for a call with estimate and time frame a week went by and I had not hear from them. Eventually I called the following Monday was told to call back Tuesday for update on bag repair called on Tuesday and was told that they were at lunch requested a call back got nothing dropped by on Tuesday afternoon the bag was done the owner practically threw it at me and walk away from me as I was speaking, said no charge and kept walking. Although the repair was fine and the price was free the customer service was so bad I would never recommend the company for any minor repairs. They literally don't give a crap

We had Leather Restoration repair our Sofa sectional at our home.We couldn't believe the difference in the outcome from a very used to almost new again (deep maroon leather). Animal scratches were eliminated, drywall drops, worn color. The color and luster was back and the three piece sectional looked tremendous. What a great job.
