Purveyors of specialty olive oils and vinegars from all over the world. We also guide small groups through Italy during the olive harvest season We are olive oil experts and trained chefs. As true purveyors, we personally source every product we sell and do not use 3rd parties. We visit the farms and olive mills and establish a personal relationship with each of our suppliers. Our suppliers are true artisans and we only do business with those who want to proudly display their name on the label. We are here to help you choose the olive oils that best suit your palette and discuss with you how to best use these different Olive Oils of the World for cooking. Join us for the Italian olive harvest in October and November !
