I had my 1986 Ford F-150 Lariat (with 49,000 miles on it) picked up by Edwards Family Transport Inc. & it has been nothing but headaches from the moment it got picked up to the moment It came to my area. The vehicle was driven the same day it was picked up by this company so that it would be easily accessible to them. Once it was on the hauler they called me telling me "the vehicle wont start, Were gonna charge you and extra 300". I refused and contacted the company that gave them the contract to pick up my car. They also refuted the 300 dollar extra charge (after I providing evidence that my claims of the car running) and was told nothing would change. After a few more exchanges about them Breaking the key ignition switch (from turning the key too hard without first pushing the key in) they then drove from Florida to Mass with both windows wide open. Windows won't open unless car is powered on, weird right? Then their truck broke down (for about 5 days). They then wanted me to drive to Abington MA (1 hour plus away). Then I received a call that they would finally drop off the car to my area. Once we met up at the agreed location the owner apologized for his drivers actions. They also didn't want to sit in the vehicle to bring the car off the hauler (because the seats were soaked) While his driver proceeded to run his mouth and mocking us the entire time. Once the car was dropped off we had the car running in the matter of 10 min. Here is what we found. A dead battery, a broken ignition switch and an extremely wet interior. 0/10 would not recommend.
