This address was previously connected to “Quest Diagnostics.” I walked in there with my individual, who has an intellectual disability, to get blood work done. I didn’t know that I was in the wrong place. Megan (how ever you spell her name) was VERY NASTY! I whispered to my individual that we may be in the wrong place. She hollers, “YES YOU ARE IN THE WRONG PLACE, PLEASE LEAVE!” So I then ask for directions and if she could, so kindly, direct me to the proper location. She began to raise her voice and over talk me. “I SAID YOU NEED TO LEAVE!” I decided to tell my individual that it was just time to go. I called to complain about the experience that I had with Megan, and spoke to a very nice gentleman who was her boss. He was very apologetic, and he reassured me that everything was fine. I understand that we are living in unprecedented times, but there is a way that you handle the public. She could’ve handled this situation very differently. Megan, absolutely, does not need to represent this company! I see so many positive reviews, but having someone as disgusting as she is on the frontline of the company is a terrible idea
