Jessica is an Excellent Customer Service Representative and Shannon Galvin, Vice President, Product Marketing was also very Good in understanding my current situation with my mother's Magic Bullet appliance and were both Fully Capable at solving the issue in a timely manner. I am very happy with the type of Customer Service that I had recently received back on Monday, April 7th, 2020. I more than Highly Recommend Capital Brands LLC and/or Nutribullet to anyone looking for Excellent Home Appliances. Thank you.
