I've had absolutely no updates whatsoever since I sent my computer in, and no email address. It was received 5 weeks ago, still waiting on parts. I would never use this company which Toshiba uses, and for this reason, never buy from Toshiba. we are not allowed to have information. Very irresponsible, I have no idea what they are doing with my computer so long.

I was let go from this company because I would not do what they wanted. they put two phones at my desk and told me to answer one call put them on hold and then answer another call. even though our average call time is 30 min. they do not care if the first caller hangs up because they get paid just for answering the call. they also told me to call back customers that send in emails. because they get paid for the email answer and the call back. even if the email is just a concern or comment.

I waited 4 weeks for a computer to come back and then no charger at all! Customer service "specialists" said they did not record they had the charger and it was not their problem. I would not recommend sending any products to this repair facility in the future.
