Ronald Lee Stone ruined our hardwood floors, incorrectly and not within the scope of his licence installed a dangerous gas fireplace line which burned our fire place casing, and let us with a minimally working water spigot. Don't let his charming personalty let him talk his way into giving him chance after chance to make things right.
