I went to close my sliders last night and all of a sudden they didn't line up. I tried everything, so i thought, saturday morning I called slider man, Shawn answered the call, after I explained what the problem was he proceeded to walk me through what could be the problem, low and behold it worked, wow, this easily could have been a service call and instead he tried helping without charging me. It turned out it was not on the right track. Thank You Slider Man, Shawn especially, for being a "good guy",you don't find many people like this.
