I had a horrible experience with Northwest Instant Air. I was charged $450 to install a gas valve that was not working properly. The heater still did not work properly and we now had the smell of gas all over the home. I contacted Michael Dunn and wanted him to come by the home. His comment was the heater was working properly after the technician left and he does not work of nothing. I contacted a competitor and this is what he wrote on the work order found several loose gas pipe connections from gas valve replacement by other company. Reinstalled gas valve and tightened all lose fittings I found. Installed new gas flex. It cost me $160 and the heater is now working properly and we do not have the smell of gas.

Awesome service. Very fair price. They replaced my ac condenser and coil and was done quickly, then they called and followed up with me 6 months later. I have recommended this guy to everyone I know.
