Jamie was extremely rude via phone and in person. She hung up on me three times. She was extremely racist & rude for no apparent reason. When I arrived to the office she continued with the disrespect. When I asked was she ok, she responded "You're the one who got your car repossessed". She was clearly having a bad day. Thankfully I was in good spirits & was able to communicate effectively despite the disrespect. However, the lady on the right side of the office was helpful.
