Acupuncture, natural medicine, herbology, lifestyle consulting, treating pain, women's health issues, sports injury, insomnia, stress/anxiety, & more. Your total health is my focus. I integrate traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, and other body therapies, to achieve and maintain a balanced wellness in your body. Stress, pain, menopause, asthma, allergies, etc, can be treated with modern Traditional Chinese medicine and other modalities! I want to be your guide to heal yourself. Gynecology, orthopedics, dermatology, stress, pain, detoxing, weight, high cholesterol, facial rejuvenation, insomnia, etc. all interest me and I work in these specialties to give you the best of my knowledge and experience for treatment. I come from an active life of sports and exercise (plus injuries!), good family and friends, hard work, and play. I want to help and encourage you to heal, so that you can live a healthy life.
