My sister tried to do business with this company and they were unprofessional and gave her the run around. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM>

Ordered on Nov 26th, one day shipping. It did not arrive so I went to track it on their order status page. No info there. E-mails and calls never returned. Shipped UPS and arrived Dec 4th. Their status shows to this day shipped by Fed Ex with a UPS #. Needed to return and requested an RMA. After many e-mails and phone calls I receive an RMA after threats to go to the FL State Atty Gen office, to the BBB, post bad reviews on Buy.com, and dispute the charge with my CC company. I received an RMA on Dec 31. The return arrived on Jan 3rd. They said I would be credited in 24-48hrs. After MANY phone calls and e-mails I called my CC Company. I received my credit on Jan 28th. ASK YOURSELF BEFORE ORDERING, is it worth going through this to save a few dollars Do your homework. Check the BBB. Their rating is horrid. Google map their address and see their place of "business" They try to make themselves look like a large professional company. They are anything but that. BEWARE!
