Thyme Cafe is a gourmet sandwich and salad shop that also prepares gourmet food to go. We also cater for business lunches and events of all sizes. Thyme Cafe and Market has been open since October of 2009. In that time we have been recognized throughout Los Angeles as one of the cities preiminent larders. Maire Byrne, our Chef/Owner, has poured her heart and soul into creating an array of appealing and appetizing salad combinations much to the delight of Santa Monica's residents. Our attention to detail and high caliber customer service make us one of the best lunch spots on the west side. We offer gourmet dinners togo for all of our busy customers that want to feed there families well, but have little time to do so. Our Sunday Brunch has also become very popular with a menu that has a little something for everyone.
