I was in the La Quinta store this afternoon and I have to say it is definitely a store I will not be going into again! First of all it was soooooo hot in there and no air circulation. It was awful, almost worse than being outside! No one once said hello or ask if I needed any assistance. The one girl that made eye contact who was up by the registers looked at me like I was beneath her and looked disgusted! No one was at the dressing room so helped myself. The went to check out and there was only one girl at the register helping a woman with about 50 items with about 4 people in line and she never called for help nor did any other employee came up! So long story short I left what I had Intended to buy and got the hell out of there. This is no way to run a business and I definitely will never be back and make sure I tell all my friends not go in there unless they want to be treated like you do not exist and are a low life. You definitely need to send your employees to A CUSTOMER SERVICE SEMINAR!
