South Texas Lawn Service provided very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They never answer their contact numbers. I had to continue to call weekly as never got feedback on estimate. Several weeks went by and no feedback received.
I left them a final message on how disappointed I was with their service. Again per final call no answer only able to leave message.
All they had to do is let me know they did not want to provide service to me. It was very frustrating to keep calling them and no answer. The initial call was completed. Then the communication was very limited as time went on.
I was able to get another really great service and within 2 days the service was completed.
I would not recommend South Texas Lawn Service again.
