I have known and worked with Glen and Yvonne Blanc for over ten years, and I can attest to their remarkable level of professionalism and great attention to detail. These two make such a great team. That’s why during our home buying process, there wasn’t a doubt that the home inspection would be performed by Pro-Spex. The Pro-Spex team made the entire process seamless from the ease of scheduling to the thorough and informative inspection Thanks to Pro-Spex, we were in the know. We knew what to expect and when, and as a homeowner that is definitely a relief.

A seamless process! Scheduling was very easy through their website, and my agent was notified automatically of the date and time of my home inspection. In addition to that, I received follow up phone calls from Yvonne in a timely manner. My home inspection with Pro-Spex was very educational; because upon discovering unwanted conditions on the property, Glen (the inspector) explained in vivid detail what those unwanted conditions were, and what acceptable forms of those conditions should be. Folks, Long story short, I would have made a VERY bad investment had it not been for the attention to detail Pro-Spex demonstrated during my inspection. I made sure to call them after I found another property I liked, to perform the same great service they provide.
