we are an owner operator company who has been in business in the twin cities for over 15 years serving many happy owners. with deel exteriors you deal with one person from the start to the finish of your job. we do not hire salesmen. the person who comes out to bid your job is the same person who will be on your job while it is in progress. this helps for clear communication and thurough quality craftsmanship. no surprises, no price gimmicks, just straight forward good old fashioned quality customer service. this simple but modern version of an old fashioned concept helps to keep our costs reasonable and affordable by eliminating a middle man, addressing issues on methods and costs right at the time of the bid, and eliminating the current standard of hiring sub contractors at low rates who have less incentive to take the time needed to do quality work. which is what we pride ourselves on.
