All the pillows are packaged in a gift box with the herbs listed, & why they are in the pillows, and directions of how to use the pillows. LaScentsationals has 5 sleep pillows. They are a generous 10"x9" & have over 5 cups of herbs in every pillow. The infant pillow is smaller, has fewer herbs & is the the same shape as the eye pillows. LaScentsationals has 5 eye pillows that can be heated or chilled. They are a generous 10"x4" & have over 2 cups of herbs in every pillow. We use flax seeds instead of less expensive fillers because they will not smell like cooked food after heating, will provide long lasting heat use after use, & conforms to your body.
