Buffy Cooper
I had been using another company. I found out that they had installed a used part on my a/c and sold it to me as new. When the part failed, they refused to repair my system and were rude and hateful to me. I called Elk Heating and Cooling and they were absolutely wonderful. They fixed my a/c and discounted my bill, since I had been fleeced by the other company. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them and will be sure to tell everyone I know -- Elk Heating is the best. They stand behind their work and are very honest and good to work with. I am truly a happy and satisfied customer!
