Have not had a good thing to say about this company. Call February 17, 2013 & try to get my power wheelchair fix,. The came out o fix it and wasn't successful, he needed a lift. In the mean time I call OVR since they bought the chair, and he talk to Bonnie Bluette, and told her that he will send her a quote that day....didn't happen. So I wait two week, then call back, the receptionist told me that I needed to call my doctor, I did. No
