Absolutely terrible, treat my elderly mom like garbage. Often send vehicles she cannot get into, vehicles are not disability friendly. Drivers are cold and often arrive late. Takes hours to arrange pick up after doctors appointments. Absolutely would not recommend. Logisticare and United Healthcare should fire this company.
