I purchased a 4.7 ltr engine from DAS and it was dropped when it was shipped to me. It was about 4 months and a lot of phone calls and hassle before it was exchanged for another engine. The replacement engine was also bad. The oil pump was bad, timing chain was stretched out. When I took it to Dodge to have it looked at, they said the engine had internal problems.
DAS DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! It is not worth the paper it is written on.
