Since 1986, Gary T. Yates PC AIA has been providing architectural services in residential and light commercial design in Westchester County. In 1986, we opened a private practice in Croton-on-Hudson devoted to the design of new residences, additions and alterations, and to reconciling existing building department violations. We have a cordial relationship with the building departments of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson and the Town of Cortlandt and other municipalities in Westchester County.
