Since 1986, Gary T. Yates PC AIA has been providing architectural services in residential and light commercial design in Westchester County. Since 1986, Gary T. Yates PC AIA has been providing architectural services in residential and light commercial design in Westchester County. In 1986, we opened a private practice in Croton-on-Hudson devoted to the design of new residences, additions and alterations, and to reconciling existing building department violations. We have a cordial relationship with the building departments of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson and the Town of Cortlandt and other municipalities in Westchester County.
