This is my second time with MDofPC and I am as delighted this time as with the first. The receptionist was an excellent communicator and very capable, the perfect first presence for the company. I found the technician, to be highly competent, efficient, thorough and personable. He communicated very appropriately (I was not assumed ignorant until proven knowledgeable!) and took the time to explain what he was doing as he went along. My entire experience with MDofPC was totally professional and highly satisfactory.
