I am not one to typically use a cleaning service, let alone giving a positive review, but between my work travels and my lease was up. I used Mrs Clean Mckinney's move-out service via my co-worker's recommendation. I didn't have time to do a final walkthrough due to my traveling schedule, yet I got majority of my deposit back and my landlord isn't exactly easy, for that, I thank you for the 8 hours services

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! POOR POOR POOR AND RUDE PEOPLE! I scheduled an appointment a week before to have cleaning done. Two days before my scheduled time, Mrs. Clean sent me an email reminder with all their clauses regarding their policies for Lock Outs and Late Cancellations, etc. etc. They also claim they reserve the right to arrive within a 60 minute window frame. Okay, so I am fine with all this. The day Mrs. Clean was suppose to show up to do the cleaning.....THEY NEVER SHOWED UP !!!!! And I took half day off from work in order to get home in time to meet them. -__- I called their listed number (972) 529-9948 twice and left voicemails and the lady never had the common courtesy to even return my phone call AT ALL!! I cannot believe their are such RUDE PEOPLE like this running a business? They need to shut down!!! NEVER ALLOW PEOPLE WITH THIS KIND OF CHARACTERISTIC INTO YOUR HOME!!!!
