This is honestly the worst collection agency in the business! The staff is highly unprofessional! They break every FDCPA law in the book. they will get you sued before they get your $. I do not recommend that anyone use this agency. They are just young kids trying to make a quick but with no care for actual business ethics. The owner Mike treats his staff with disprespect and gives them no credit for any money brought into the company. Truely disgusting the way he treats his employees as well as his clinets. If you are looking for a good collection angency who will work hard to get your $, obey the laws and remain a good attitude then look somewhere else!
