I paid this contractor a 8k deposit after he was hired I sent him a final idea how I wanted my deck because he never did a real sketch or 3D rendering, just chicken scratch on a legal pad... So I didn't even know exactly how the deck would turn out! Upon me telling him what I want done for the final project he tells me that it isn't possible because the height of my house is too low. That was not told to me upon hiring RJ Howell the "owner" of this business! He SUGGESTED floater decks I didn't know what those looked like. After viewing them online I told him that I wasn't fond of the look I wanted the regular plan of the deck coming directly from my house. That's when he said it wasn't possible mind you he already had a 8k deposit! It has now been almost a month now and I never had any work done and I asked for a refund and I have not heard from RJ since canceling the project. His I'm assuming assistant has been speaking for him and 2 weeks ago she basically told me to no longer contact her! I then reached out directly to RJ and it's been almost 2 weeks and he hasn't responded for a refund! Beware this is a fraudulent company and I've already reported them as fraudulent and will be taking other actions!

Poor workmanship, still waiting after 6 months for resolution to installation of improper variety of grass (not what we ordered and contracted for) not appropriate for sun. No show for meeting and not answering attempt to contact for resolution, even though he promised to correct his admitted mistakes/problems.
