Racist as racist can get. Towed my car, paid them to release it, and proceeded to yell racists comments at both my husband and I's legal status because my husband was upset that the "gentleman" yelled at me over the phone. Very ignorant because we are both actually CITIZENS. And didn't even show us where the car was, we had to drive around to try to find it. Horrible people working here. Customer service sucks on all levels.
