I took my computer to Best Buy and they told me that it cannot be fixed. They wanted me to buy a new one. Then one of the employees there pulled me aside and gave me Compuspot's phone number. They are in the Military Circle Mall right here in Norfolk, VA. When I went there, these guys are very professional. They diagnosed my laptop and they were able to fix it on the same day. They replaced the hard drive and loaded Windows for only $125.00 and my laptop was new again. These guys are Got sent and life savers. Thank you Mel and Sal. You rock!!
