I have never had such poor customer service in my life as I have had from Team IP. Their Web-site states that any product ordered before December 5th would arrive in time for Christmas. I ordered merchandise on December 3rd. As of today, January 3rd, it has still not arrived. In addition, I emailed the company earlier in December and was sent a response on December 18th promising that the merchandise would arrive prior to Christmas. Unfortunately, I have sent the company four other emails and left two voicemails over the past two weeks asking for a tracking number or any help in resolving this matter, but this company has never taken the time to contact me. The surprising thing is that when I ordered clothing from them last year the items came in the wrong color. I should have known better than to trust them again this year. Stay away from this company at all costs. I hope my experience is in the minority, but I have found this to be a completely unprofessional organization. Avoid at all costs.
