Amir, the owner of Ideal, was very helpful and knowledgeable. His staff that installed the tile in my living room and hallway were outstanding. They were dedicated and very professional. Amir did everything he said he would and on time....how about that for a change. Everything turned out great...couldn't be happier.

Very bad customer experience. Tried to squeeze maximum money from the customer. I had to pay the full money before the installation and they left without completing installation. Measurement was very bad to maximize their profit
