Poor customer service. I was quoted two different amounts for upfront out of pocket. I transferred bipap prescription to Lambert’s. More professional and efficient process. I try to stay local but will now use Lambert’s for DME needs. The therapist was very professional & efficient. At Blount home equipment some employees are rude. Felt like they dropped the ball with our order.
