3/5/2012 - So this CONtractor turns out to be a complete a$$. We went out of our way to show up at his police station today to make the exchange...he refused to come!?! Now he's all begging me to stop telling this story. I told him the world deserves to know who's honest and who's not. Consumers deserve to know who keeps their word and who doesn't. Then he starts screaming at me. We can't trust being in the same town with him...imagine having him in your house...yew! STAY AWAY from this guy!!!! 3/4/2012 - Michael Bellezza Builders is a CONtractor who advertised and sold us a washing machine through Craigslist last January. When we got there it was already unhooked and "ready to go" in an unlocked garage. Since there was conveniently no way to test it he said if it didn't work he would refund our money "no problem". Yet this CONtractor has made it a HUGE problem! When we got it home and installed it didn't work. We've been leaving him voicemail and e-mails ever since. We had a repair man look at it...he said whoever sold it to us knew it didn't work because the whole thing had been opened up previously "the screws don't even match...he said, lady you got screwed". On the times we have caught this CONtractor on the phone he's made several appts which he's failed to keep (I've got the e-mails to prove it). If this CONtractor's work is as good as his word STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!!!!

We have known Mike for many years since he began doing work for us and his friendly personality makes him easy to get along with. We are comfortable in knowing he is reliable, creative, and caring and has done a variety of jobs for us over many years. We have been extremely happy with Michael Bellezza Builders quality and expertise. His help in building included, but was not limited to, our home addition (which he stick built our vaulted ceiling), doors, floors, stairs, windows, trim, deck, fencing, and concrete patio. We highly recommend Michael Bellezza for all home repairs, remodeling and building projects. He not only gets the job done but in a timely manner! His quality is worth the price.
