Progressive called a gent to come unlock my car. While speaking to him he thought I was having an attitude and did not want to come out to help at all. He thinks he'll get stuck on a gravel road and he's a towing guy.. lol! This was an insurance roadside service request, and I'll be reporting them to insurance as well. Extremely unprofessional attitude and he canceled the service request. We have another person on the way.
