Was given written estimate for installation of a patio and agreed to do it. Mr. Sparks indicated he needed clearance by Miss Utility. When following up with Mr. Sparks to get start date, he reneged on the project and said he was not going to make enough money. This was very unprofessional and wasted my time and his. Cannot recommend.
