It's a scam and she doesn't pay the kids either for helping her in the garden

This is a scam run down property who doesn't pay their workers and uses methods to remove you from the location. If you're young please don't go through to this property as you'll end up leaving with no payment or a place to stay with running water. We rented out the barn on her property and there's only a compost toilet and a run down barn. She's not suppose to be renting the space our according to the fire marshal in town. We were evicted off the property within a few months after a contract. Beware to everyone who's looking to stay tiny home etc It's a scam
