ALEX KOGAN IS A SLUMLORD! dead mice everywhere! Bedbugs! Black mold! Floor falling above our heads and below our feet. He put fresh paint over all the floors and walls so that you sign a lease before it starts falling apart more. HE DOES SO MANY THINGS A HEALTH INSPECTOR, NOORWOOD POLICE AND APS CAN NOT EVEN BELIEVE. ALEX KOGAN IS A SLUMLORD! IF YOU RENT FROM KOGAN REALTY YOU WILL REGRET IT EVERY DAY AND FEAR FOR YOUR FAMILIES HEALTH AND SAFETY EVERY DAY!
