When they left my home they said my washing machine was either fixed or I needed a new pump. I started a load of clothes and my washer was not fixed. I contacted them and they became very unresponsive. This was after collecting $250.00 to do nothing. I contacted another appliance repair company and they had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes and fixed within a few days. Claey never finished the job and refused to refund the money. This company comes highly unrecommended by me.

Claeys came out promptly to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator. He said it needed a new fan and he could get it in two days. After 3 days I called for status. They said they would install it in 2 days. I repeated this process two more times and after 10 days they still have not come. Meanwhile I am without a refrigerator and out $150. Worst part is they do not tell you that they are not coming after promising to do so. They are both unreliable and unprofessional.
