When they left my home they said my washing machine was either fixed or I needed a new pump. I started a load of clothes and my washer was not fixed. I contacted them and they became very unresponsive. This was after collecting $250.00 to do nothing. I contacted another appliance repair company and they had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes and fixed within a few days. Claey never finished the job and refused to refund the money. This company comes highly unrecommended by me.

He wanted us to go to Pittsburgh (four hour drive) and give $1300 cash to a private seller for an oven He had never seen. When we decided to switch to electric he disappeared. I had to find someone else to install. And he would not return service fee. . Told me lots if bragging stories though. Do not go through what we went through...two months without an oven
