Had a very bad experience with this company. Called in to schedual transportation for an elderly family member,and the "customer service rep" answers with HELLO, I said hello who have called? She says very RUDLEY the comany name,I say excuse me? And the rep hangs the phone up on me.Very unproffesional attitude with this place, as I called back and found out that the RUDE customer service rep was the owner of this company.How to own and run a company with such poor customer sevice skills?That is the backbone for a strong and sucessful buisness.I had second guessed myself letting my family member use this company for transportation in the past when i myself seen the vehicles that they use to transport the sick and the ederly.I seen them with low and almost flat tires still driving,i witnessed smoke pooring out of exhaust one one vehicle, one particularly left a large oil spot in front of my family members home.After the confrontation with the rep/owner of this company I realize now why the company vehicles smoke have flat tires and look as poorly as they do. thanks for reading...P.S. My family member no longer will use this company for transportation along with a few of her friends!

Worse company ever!!!!!!!!!!!! I would suggest never, ever, ever using this company for transportation. The owner "Sara" is the worst customer service representative I have ever come into contact with. I understand issues and being busy, but be more friendly about it. Waiting 2 hours is fine if you're waiting for a worthwhile company who actually sees you as a priority, but waiting 2 hours for a worthless company is a completely different story. Elderly people and people with disabilities deserve to be dealing with companies that care about the. City Wide DOES NOT!!
