Mr Warner refinished our fiberglass deck in seaside park nj. i own a duplex he refinished both my neighbor and my deck in spring 2017. As soon as the fall of 2017 - both decks were peeling. we contacted Bill and he appeased us said he would redo the decks. However it has been over 2 yrs now and nothing. If i could give him negative stars i would. Not only was the work shoddy but he has lied repeatedly to us, telling and texting that he will be redoing the deck. I am at the point where i need to call an attorney
