Warning. Do not hire Kevin if you are looking for integrity in a contractor. He knowingly cut corners in the end but tried to conceal his errors from me. When I inquired about the stair that was smaller than the other stairs, he admitted he had made an error. When I inquired about the brown spots showing through the paint, he admitted that he had not applied the proper stain blocking primer nor had he applied any coats of paint over the primer! He accepted his last payment promising that he would clean up the site and complete final details such as fixing an error and finish applying necessary coats of paint. However, he left while I was out and has never completed work as promised, including fixing his errors.
