Stay away from this company. After working with them for months on a skincare project, they screwed me royally! The final sample I approved for production was not what was delivered to me. I paid them 100% upfront. Huge mistake! Even though they assured me that I would be refunded 100% if the products were not to my liking, when I tried to get a refund they started giving me excuses. My phone calls and emails were all ignored. The owner of the company also ignored attempts I made to discuss a resolution. I spent thousands of dollars working with this company and lost thousands of dollars. Initially they were very nice, but that was to get my money. After they got an order, I got screwed. The chemist was horrible at formulating, the quality of products were bad, and customer service was bad when I started asking them to resolve the issues I had.
