Skincare 1992
Stay away from this company. After working with them for months on a skincare project, they screwed me royally! The final sample I approved for production was not what was delivered to me. I paid them 100% upfront. Huge mistake! Even though they assured me that I would be refunded 100% if the products were not to my liking, when I tried to get a refund they started giving me excuses. My phone calls and emails were all ignored. The owner of the company also ignored attempts I made to discuss a resolution. I spent thousands of dollars working with this company and lost thousands of dollars.
Initially they were very nice, but that was to get my money. After they got an order, I got screwed. The chemist was horrible at formulating, the quality of products were bad, and customer service was bad when I started asking them to resolve the issues I had. If you send me an email, I will share more details. They were horrible horrible horrible! Stay away, stay away!

OH MY GOODNESS. IM NOT SURE IF THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS. IF THEY ARE THEY NEED NOT TO BE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. IVE BEEN IN THIS INDUSTRY OVER 25 YEARS AND THESE PEOPLE MESSED ME UP TREMENDOUSLY! BUYER BEWARE. YOU WILL GET NO HELP WITH THIS COMPANY!
