Bayfield Builders was contracted to perform some of the carpentry and trim work in my newly built custom home in Falls Creek Ranch in 2018. Initially I believed the work to be up to standards, in fact I had even considered having them do some additional work, but after living in the house for a couple of weeks, I realized how bad of a job they did. When I contacted Jordan at Bayfield Builders, he advised me that the general contractor had signed off on the work and Jordan refused to come out to review the sub-standard work. Jordan allowed our trim to sit out in the rain for several weeks and proceeded to install water damaged trim throughout our house. Much of the trim work was installed poorly and a closet he built was terrible and had to be completely re-framed. Also, they did an amateur job of installing our cabinets. Bottom line is that Jordan and Bayfield Builders did garbage work in my house and refused to make things right. Have a look at the photos on google and facebook and you be the judge.
