I would Highly recommend Ryan and Derby Street Mortgage. This is true customer service! I've done 2 refinances with Ryan over the last 4-5 years. I have actually contacted Ryan about refinancing, many times, and he has recommended not refinancing more times than actually moving forward. I usually check in once a year or when I see rates drop. He'll crunch some numbers, comparing my current situation with how a refi would change things and gives me an honest opinion. This guy is a true professional and is an asset to this highly competitive industry.
