Manufacture and Sales of Commercial Steamers In order to improve the existing oven design and develop the American Cook System Design, we researched a 7 year service history on the competition, and designed around the competition's steamer, making 3 major engineering change enhancements. We quote an Applebees franchisee of 30 stores as saying, "We have tried all of the various boilerless steamers on the market, and yours uses less water, and is more efficient than any steamer we have tried".
