Ricky Cartmel of Room by Room contracting arrived at my home to address a problem with my water heater and left me, a single mother with a child in the house, with a gas leak. We shut off the gas valve and asked him to return to address the leak and he refuses to return our calls, like many other reviewers you'll find online. We are contacting the Indiana licensing board to see if there are charges that can be filed against him. He knowingly endangered both my family and all my surrounding neighbors. If you have had issues with him as well, please contact [email protected] 317-327-1291 and report him before something tragic occurs.

Rickey Cartmel and Room by Room Construction are CROOKS!!!! Do not do business with them! They are not licensed to do any of the work they claim. Call Code Enforcement and check, they operate under an expired business license and are SCAMMERS. They talk the talk but don't be fooled as I was, they will take your money and try to disappear.
