Residential Construction Robert Linden Construction is an individually owned small business located in Columbia Heights, MN. Rob has been in the building trades for 25 years, most of which have been working for others. Today with all of his experience and great relationships with Vendors and Sub-Contractors he is able to offer a complete building company, start to finish. This is not just another General Contracting Company. Today many homeowners wish to general their own projects to help reduce costs. I offer my subs with no extra percentages added to the homeowner, unless I run the whole project. Why would I do this? It has taken many years to find people who have the same dedication and quality workmanship as I do. Now I can highlight their talents as they do for me.We offer a cooperative atmosphere for you.
